Real-estate agency site, catalog-only like the vehicle ones. Each listing carries area, bedrooms, aspect, floor or lot, furnishing, legal status and handover date; prices with no public figure read "contact for the price list". Each development also gets its own landing page — key figures, location map with travel times, on-site amenities, a per-unit price table pulled from the catalogue, payment stages, construction milestones and an enquiry form.

A browser-based tool that turns Google Maps Timeline exports into interactive visualizations: animated route replay, heatmaps, trips, places clustering, calendar view, and a yearly recap — 100% local, nothing leaves your device.
A browser-based 2D side-scroller that teaches kids aged 5–10 while they play: guide Oggy through four learning journeys, collect book pages that unlock knowledge cards, solve quizzes to open gates, and beat Joey, Marky, Dee Dee and a boss in each area. Plain JavaScript on HTML5 Canvas with Web Audio synthesized sound — no build step, no libraries. Fan-made, non-commercial.
